How I’ve felt today and how I could of done better.

Today, it’s been a rough, tough and emotional day for me and I’ve definitely struggled mentally today.


There’s been positives of today - I’ve helped people and made new friends and had things to laugh about.


I’m not going to list the negative things because…….. WE HAVE TO FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES.


I’m not saying don’t look at the negatives but if I was going to look at the negatives….


I would say how I could of handled it better. For me I feel like I could of controlled my panic and anxiety attack better than I did and took more control of the things I was thinking about
