Recently I’ve not felt my best

The last few days, I’ve been really struggling to cope. Thoughts are getting bad and I’m constantly paranoid.....

⚠️BEFORE we carry on I’m not posting this for sympathy, I’m doing this for awareness and one of the reasons of my blog to keep you updated on my mental health journey. As I want you to join my journey aswell if you are struggling or needing support.

I’m so tempted to run but the thing that’s keeping me safe is love and the people surrounding me.

Never forget how dark the tunnel is getting you are never alone and the people who love you are always holding your hand
