Today I’m 7 months clear of self harm and slowly planning to come off medication soon.

what do you do to make you feel happy on a day to day basis?


for me I spend time with my family and looking at pictures that make me feel happy or talking to friends and family

Update…… As of now I am now CAMHS free after a year of being involved I now have the discharge letter… One step at a time Love you all x
