There are so many types of anxiety. Please take one step at a time. Don’t rush go at your own pace and speed. You may feel pressure by people telling your to do this and almost feel like they are rushing you. Go at your own speed and it will be okay


  • Imagine your anxiety is a staircase, you know what’s coming but you don’t know what’s next. So take that first step and please do that one at a time don’t rush and leap so you get there quickly. Just do it so you feel comfortable.
